The most expensive mistake in software isn't a bug. It's building the wrong thing well.
Founders often go straight from idea to development. Six months and lakhs of rupees later, they discover users wanted something slightly different, or that one feature everyone agreed on is never used.
A strategy sprint flips the order
- Week 1 · Listen: talk to 6–10 real users and study the market.
- Week 2 · Decide: define the product and leave out what doesn't matter.
- Week 3 · Prove: put a clickable prototype in front of users and watch.
You end with a prototype, a roadmap and a real estimate, and if the idea doesn't hold up, you've found out for the price of a sprint instead of a full build.
At FLUXION the sprint is called Spark, and its fee is credited in full if you go on to build with us.
